Dale Waters is a Senior PX/UX/UI Designer with more than 15+ years of experience building innovative brands and product experiences that elevate lives.

Dale recently worked as a Senior UX/UI Designer for a leading global professional development and career coaching firm, crafting B2B, B2C, Enterprise, PLG and SaaS experiences to build peak performance cultures at top organizations.  

As an independent designer and successful entrepreneur, he’s worked on both sides of the client-agency relationship with large cross-functional teams, marketing agencies and brands. As a Lead Designer and Creative Director, he co-founded BreathableBaby®, an innovative consumer brand built from start-up to $10M category leader in the competitive baby safety category. His skillsets span consumer, business, technology, fintech, financial services, healthcare, life sciences, B2B, B2C, B2E, CPG, and retail industries.
