Omni-Channel Marketing Campaign Exceeds Benchmarks 2-400+%.

CHALLENGE:

Generate in-store traffic for new product launch across national Target chain at store level while increasing online sales. 

ROLE:

Creative Director, Lead Digital Designer. Digital Marketing Strategy. Develop, Produce and Deploy A/B testing and campaign with marketing team, key stakeholders, in coordination with baby/parenting networks. Collaborate and present marketing plan and updates with key metrics.

SOLUTION:

Deploy Omni-Channel Marketing strategy via baby/parenting online networks using rich media (html 5) display ads, email, print, and social media targeting a custom landing page with auto-generated zip code-based store locator pulled from user’s IP. Google map presented nearest store locations as well as product page links.

RESULTS:

3-in-4 guests who found local stores were more likely to visit. Double-digit sales growth, increased customer activations, conversions, retention and referrals through online networks. BabyCenter.com: 16-26% CTR/51% max, exceeded all benchmarks by 2-400+%, 31-44% CTR, Rich media ads. Achieved 24% email open rates.
